We are using custom R scripts for the work with data. It is the best to run them in RStudio.
Preparation of demultiplexing file for ONTbarcoder
This script takes the data about forward and reverse primers and the sample tags and prepared the demultiplexing file for processing the data in ONTbarcoder.
